A server computer 12 for notifying of advertisement information is provided over a network 16; and when notifying of advertisement information is requested from a sponsor (an individual user 10 or a juridical person 14), advertising effect indexes corresponding to frequencies in persons' visit of buildings 17 prepared as notification places by regions are calculated by frequencies in use of elevators and are presented together with a list of the buildings 17. The sponsor refers to the advertising effect indexes to select a building 17 suitable for himself or herself and effectively puts up a notice of advertisement information in elevators of the selected building 17.
