PURPOSE: To improve quality of processed green tea leaves by sensing the proper taking out time of the green tea leaves during processing and taking out the green tea leaves, in a rolling and twisting machine in a coarse green tea processing step.

CONSTITUTION: A moisture sensing measuring instrument is installed in a rolling and twisting machine. When the measured moisture attains a prescribed value, green tea leaves during processing are taken out. Thereby, the constant quality of the green tea leaves taken out of the rolling and twisting machine is attained, thus contributing to improvement in quality of coarse tea.
