PURPOSE: To satisfactorily transport a fluid by injecting an additive suitable for forming a dispersion type hydrate to a fluid and transporting the fluid containing the dispersion type hydrate.
CONSTITUTION: A petroleum outflow generating a hydrate comes from the stratum lying deep on the bottom 32 of the sea 33 and mined by a well 34. The upper end of the well 34 arranged on the level of the sea-bottom 32 or a pit port 35 is connected to a storage or processing facility set on the ground 36 through a conduit 37 arranged on the sea-bottom. A well pump 38 and a sea-bottom pump 39 are provided on the conduit 37. Before or during the formation of the hydrate, an additive suitable for suppressing the agglomeration of the hydrate and dispersing it is injected to the outflow on the upstream side of the pump 38 or pump 39.
