Abstract:
To recover waste oil with a high concentration of oil from waste oil with a low concentration of oil, and to dispose of water in waste oil, materials to be treated, as drain.
The waste oil of which the total oil concentration is 10 mass% or lower is treated by sedimentation to be separated into an upper layer 3a with high oil concentration and a lower layer 3b with oil concentration of 1 mass%. The upper layer 3a is pre-recovered by a belt skimmer 5. After the waste oil of the lower layer 3b is agitated by air 13, addition of flocculants 15, 17 and floatation separation 20 are carried out.
