Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating dredged mud capable of contracting the equipment scale of dehydration equipment and capable of conserving the consumption of a flocculant or solidifying material to be used.
SOLUTION: In the method for treating dredged mud, first, bottom sludge of the sea, rivers, lakes and marshes or the like is dredged (step 101) and the dredged mud is subsequently subjected to classification treatment by centrifugation (step 102). Next, the mud allowed to overflow by classification treatment is subjected to flocculation treatment using a predetermined flocculant (step 103) and the flocculated portion is dehydrated by a predetermined method (steps 104 and 105).
