To provide a method for protecting against malaria infection by vaccination.
A vaccine used for an immunization method for humans against pathogens causing for malaria is provided. The method includes (a) a step for initially stimulating human immune response by administering an initial stimulating vaccine which is PfCSP in an initial stimulating amount sufficient to establish the response, (b) a step for subsequently administering an additional immune vaccine which is RTS, S in an additional stimulating amount sufficient for additionally stimulating the immune response by the initial stimulation to additionally stimulate the immune response by the human initial stimulation. The administration of the initial stimulating vaccine initially stimulates CD8+T cells and the administration of the additional immune vaccine revives CD8+T cells, extends the response of CD8+T cells by the initial stimulation and further brings forth productions of anti-malaria CD8+T cells, anti-malaria CD4+T cells and anti-malaria antibodies.
