Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce a deformation generating at the time of welding an inclined joint and the off-center of a tube to be welded and a joining tube.
CONSTITUTION: In the method for welding an inclined joint 5 by which a tube to be welded 2 and a joining tube 4 are welded by butting with an inclined surface 3 where a circular tube is cut with an angle other than 90° degree to the axial line, a groove 10 where a groove cutting angle α1 of a tongue tip like top end part 6 is small, a groove cutting angle α2 of U like bottom part 7 opposing the tongue tip like top end part 6 is large, and a groove cutting angle of the other part is connected so as to be equal to the tube to be welded 2 with the joining tube 4 is formed. Then, the built-up welding of the groove 10 is executed, and the joining tube 4 is fitted to the tube to be welded 2.
