Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve welding strength by abutting a web part of a beam steel frame forming a groove so as to bite slightly into an end of the web part from ends of upper and lower flange parts on flange pats of a column steel frame to perform T joint welding on the web part. CONSTITUTION:At the time of welding the beam steel frame 1 to column steel frames 2, the groove is formed so as to bite slightly into the end of the web part 3 from the ends of the upper and lower flange parts 5 of the beam steel frame 1. The web part 3 of the beam steel frame 1 is abutted on the flange parts 5 of the column steel frame 4 to perform T joint welding on the web part 3. By this method, a complication at the time of welding is solved and the welding strength is improved.
