PURPOSE: To obtain a characteristic of a thick film conductor the same as that of a thin film conductor by selecting a diameter of the thick film circular conductor as a smaller value required to obtain the same characteristic than the diameter of the thin film circular conductor.
CONSTITUTION: The thin film circular conductor is indicated in dotted lines 12 and the thick film circular conductor is shown in solid lines 52. The diameter of the thick film is smaller than the diameter ' of the thin film. Then, the characteristic curve of the thick film circular conductor can be approached to that of the thin film circular conductor. Thus, the change in the effective dielectric constant of a ferrite substrate produced in using the thick film conductor is zeroed apparently by means of the very simple means and the advantages of the thick film conductor are utilized sufficiently.
