Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable to search with direct input to keyboard, without requiring to observe the frame number and to take a memo by presetting the key number of the first frame of microfilm in advance. CONSTITUTION:Taking the number of reference obtained as Kx=701, when this is inputted from the keyboard 42 and the search button is depressed, Kx=701 and Ku=80 are compared with the comparison operation circuit 41, and the film 10 moves forward until the 621 sets of item marks 13 (701-80=621) are counted, and when Kx=Ku, the film is stopped. The film 10 displays Ku=701. Conversely, if the number of reference Knis greater than Kx=80, for example, if Kn=703, the film 10 is delivered to negative direction. The display tube 46 displays Ku=701. Thus, after presetting the key number Kp of the first film, the retrieval due to the number of receference book can be made.
