Abstract:
PURPOSE:To use only an inexpensive connector at using only a CPU board by providing a power supply connector to the CPU board in addition to a system extension connector. CONSTITUTION:A computer main body 1 has a printed board 2 containing 100 pin connectors C2 which are put into the connectors at the reception side of a card cage. At the same time, a terminal PT is provided on the board 2 for the wiring of power supply in addition to the connectors C2. In such combiguration, just the main body 1 and a console 3 can be used with no use of the expensive connectors at the reception side such a multi-terminal connector to the connectors C2.
