The microscope includes: a base 1; a stage 13 which is attached to the base 1 and moves a sample in a longitudinal or horizontal direction with respect to the base 1; a frame 2 to which a revolver 6 to which an objective lens 64 is attached is attached to be moved up and down; three struts 3 whose one ends are attached to the base 1 and other ends are attached to the frame 2; and a lens barrel 4 which is attached to the frame 2, to which an eyepiece 41 can be attached and which secures an optical path between the objective lens 64 and the attached eyepiece 41. Thus, the base 1. the frame 2 and the struts 3 can be manufactured separately and are assembled to constitute a microscope body, so that a large manufacturing device is not required and a large space is not required for storage.
