PURPOSE: To reduce the examination cost by placing a plurality of matters to be examined on a first transparent tape so as to leave an interval in the longitudinal direction of the tape and superposing a second transparent tape on the first transparent tape to bond both tapes under pressure and moving the bonded tape on the stage of a microscope to examine the matters to be examined.

CONSTITUTION: Matters to be examined are placed on the central parts of the marks provided on a first transparent tape T1 in the longitudinal direction thereof on a receiving stand 35 and the operation performing the sending operation of the lever 37 of a sending device 9 once is repeated. By this operation, transparent tapes T1, T2 are delivered from the reel shafts 11, 15 of first and second tape mounting parts 4, 5 at a mark pitch to be bonded under pressure by press bonding rollers 20a, 20b and the press-bonded tape T is moved by the mark pitch to be taken up by a reel shaft 17. At each time when sending operating is performed once, the matters to be examined held between the tapes T1, T2 are moved to a guide part 22a to be examined by a microscope 1. After examination is completed, the sending operation of the lever 37 is performed several times without placing matter to be examined on the tape T1 to entirely take up the part where the matters to be examined are held, of the tape T by the reel shaft 17.
