Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a microstrip antenna which can increase its gain at low cost and also can reduce its half power angle.
CONSTITUTION: A rectangular radiation conductor plate 1 is laminated on a conductor plate 4 via a dielectric plate 3 and connected to a high frequency power supply 6 via the 1st and 2nd feeder lines 2 and 5. The high frequency current generated from the power supply 6 is supplied to the plate 1 via bath lines 2 and 5. The electromagnetic wave radiated from the plate 1 is converged by a cavity 22 and then radiated toward a main axis.
