Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the microwave circuit with integrated antenna by forming the microwave circuit on the other plane of a dielectric substrate 1 forming a radial conductor 3 of the antenna so as to arrange the antenna and the microwave circuit on one dielectric substrate.
CONSTITUTION: Since the radial conductor 3 of the antenna is formed on one plane of the dielectric substrate 1 and the microwave circuit equipped with a coplanar circuit is constituted on the other facing plane, design tolerance for miniaturization can be improved, and the microwave circuit with integrated antenna can be obtained.
