PURPOSE: To contrive to attain small size by forming a dielectric base stereoscop ically by plural constituting faces, using the inner or outer face of the constitu tion faces as a ground face, applying a circuit pattern to the outer or inner face and connecting a signal transmission line on the constitution face along the transmission direction of the signal thereby making the entire converter compact in size.
CONSTITUTION: The dielectric base 16 consists of three constituting faces 17∼19 and they are constituted stereoscopically to form U-shape. Copper foil 20 is adhered to the front face of the inner faces of the constitution faces 17∼19 to form ground faces and pattern processing by print wiring is applied to the outer face, the inner faces of the constitution faces 17∼19 are connected together to attain common ground. In this case, a mixer 23 is provided to one face while clipping the 2nd constitution face 18 and a local oscillator 24 is provided to the other face and they are connected through the constitution face 18 to supply the output of the local oscillator 24 to the mixer 23. Moreover, since the local oscillator 24 is surrounded by the constitution faces 17∼19, the shield effect to the local oscillator 24 is improved and no useless space is caused because no unevenness is provided at the outer side face.
