Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make the overall size small and to reduce its attaching area by providing the inside of a dielectric block body with plural resonator holes and plural short-circuitting holses for preventing direct coupling between resonators. CONSTITUTION: A metal cover body 222 covers all the surface of a ceramic block body 202 while including the inside faces of resonator holes 216, 218 and 220 except for only the part of an upper side face 204 and the inside faces of short-circuitting holes 212 and 214 are covered with the metal cover body 222 as well. The short-circuitting holes 212 and 214 are provided for preventing inter-resonator coupling among the 1st resonator hole 216, central resonator hole 220 and 2nd resonator hole 218 and the short-circuitting holes 212 and 214 are electrically connected with the metal cover body 222. Thus, the whole size is made small, the surface area for attachment is reduced and the direct coupling between resonators can easily be prevented sometimes.
