To provide a millimeter wave reflector that suitably functions even when installed with a water-based adhesive.SOLUTION: A millimeter wave reflector 1 includes a dielectric 20 in the form of a surface, a supercell 10 provided on a first surface 20a of the dielectric and having a plurality of metal patterns 11, 12, 13 of different shapes, a metal layer 30 provided on a second surface 20b on the dielectric which is opposite to the first surface, an adhesive layer 40 covering the metal layer, and a fiber layer 50 bonded to the adhesive layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
