PURPOSE: To enable a mirror to be properly and safely defrosted even when provided in a bathroom or a shower room by fitting the mirror with a hot water containment section, and keeping continuity between a hot water supply hose and the aforesaid hot water containment section.
CONSTITUTION: A mirror body 8 is made of metal against a crack, and space enclosed with the mirror body 8, the rear place 9 of a body case 7 and the surrounding side wall 10 of the body case 7, is used as a hot water containment section 2 for reserving hot water. A flexible cylinder section 5 is fitted to the side wall 10, and made continuous to the hot water containment section 2. A connection cylinder section 11 is T- jointed to the end of the cylinder section 5, and an open/close valve 6 capable of being freely opened or closed is fitted near the aforesaid T-form joint section. A shower hose 3a is, for example, used as a hot water supply hose 3. When shaving or the like is undertaken, using a mirror 1, a shower cock 18 is opened and the open/ close valve 6 is opened, thereby supplying hot water to the hot water containment section 2 for the mirror 1 and heating the mirror body 8. According to the aforesaid construction, the mirror 1 even when provided in a bathroom or a shower room, can be properly defrosted, and higher safety is ensured, compared with the case of the application of an electric heater or the like.
