Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety for operators by stopping a machine itself especially when a hand, etc., of the operators approaches a first roll.
SOLUTION: In a mixing dispenser wherein three rotatable first, second and third rolls 5, 7, 9 are provided to frames 3L, 3R in series and a material M to be mixed having flowability is supplied to the gap between the first and second rolls 5, 7 from above and fed out to the gap between the second and third rolls 7, 9 to be mixed and dispersed, the safety cover 13 covering three directions of the upper side of the peripheral surfaces of the first and second rolls 5, 7 and the front and rear upper parts of the most approach part of the peripheral surfaces of the first and second rolls 5, 7 is provided over both end parts of the first and second rolls 5, 7 and a sensor detecting the open operation of the safety cover 13 to stop the rolls 5, 7, 9 is provided.
