Abstract:
To prevent an outer plug for sealing and housing a second agent with an inner plug from being detached from the inner plug and thereby to prevent the second agent from leaking out before mixing two agents in a mixing and dropping container of two agents.
The outer plug 20 capable of being screwed during descending is attached, in the state that the outer plug 20 is inhibited to descend with a removable stopper ring 17, to the inner plug 8 for housing the second agent B immovably attached to an opening portion 3 of a main body 1 for housing the first agent A so that the outer plug 20 can not come out from free rotation whereby the outer plug 20 can not be detached from the inner plug 8.
