Title:
Mn-Zn FERRITE HIGH IN MAGNETIC PERMEABILITY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3653625
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase average crystal grain size while suppressing increase in the variation of crystal grain size or abnormal growth of grains, and to obtain high magnetic permeability of Mn-Zn ferrite while suppressing residual stress.
SOLUTION: This ferrite essentially consists of 52.0 to 53.5 mol% Fe2O3, 24.5 to 26.5 mol% MnO and the balance ZnO and contains as a subcomponent, 0.001 to 0.080 mass % MoO3, one or two of PbO and In2O3 by 0.005 to 0.080 mass%, and if desired, either or both of 0.005 to 0.200 mass% CaO and 0.005 to 0.050 mass% SiO2. The ferrite has 35 to 50 μm average crystal grain size and ≤4.0×106N/m2 residual stress.
