To reduce the intensity of the electromagnetic waves radiated from an antenna in the brain of a user by attaching the antenna at a position near a microphone to increase the space between the user's brain and the antenna.
A speaker 224 is attached at the upper end part of the main body case of a PHS(personal handyphone system) 14 to output the voices. Then an LCD(liquid crystal display) part 227 is placed near the speaker 224 to display various types of information. A switch pad 228 is placed under the part 227, and a microphone 225 is attached at the lower end part of the main body case of the PHS 14 to fetch the voices. Furthermore, an antenna 211 is projecting at the lower end part of the main body case of the PHS 14 to transmit and receive the electromagnetic waves. In other words, the antenna 211 is placed near the microphone 225 and not placed near the speaker 224 in order to reduce the intensity of the electromagnetic waves radiated from the antenna 211 in the brain of a user.
