Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal that can efficiently conduct transmission diversity of a PDSCH(physical downlink shared channel) and a DPCH(dedicated physical channel), without increasing number of bits of control information to be fed back to a base station and extending the feedback period.
SOLUTION: When a feedback information generating section 14 receives first PDSCH data during a soft handover, the feedback information generating section 14 decides control information of transmission diversity of the PDSCH, on the basis of a reception state of a signal of a cell for transmission of PDSCH data, in response to a switching instruction from a control section 16. Furthermore, when receiving last PDSCH data during the soft handover, the feedback information generating section 14 decides control information of transmission diversity of the DPCH, on the basis of a reception state after synthesis of signals of a cell in an active set, in response to a switching instruction from the control section 16.
