A control section 21 detects radio wave intensity E1 of a first channel in the midst of communication with a first access point among a plurality of access points (step S21), temporarily switches the communication channel from the first channel into a second channel when the detected the radio wave intensity E1 of the first channel is lower than a first threshold value (YES in S22), and detects the radio wave intensity E2 of the second channel (S23). The control section 21 determines a second access point for succeeding communication among the access points on the basis of the radio wave intensity E2 of the second channel (S32), and transmits a reassociation request for requesting the second access point for connection by hand-off (S33) when the radio wave intensity E1 of the first channel is lower than a second threshold value (YES in S28).
