Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a mobile station and a communication system for suppressing the degradation of data transmission efficiency regardless of increase of a communication traffic.
SOLUTION: The mobile station is provided with a part 25 for changing the maximum random number which increases the maximum random number set to a random number generation part 23 in the case that the number of times of data retransmission from a data transmission part 21 reaches a preliminarily set number.
