Abstract:
To improve efficiency and selectivity in conversion of a catalyst used to convert alkane, alkene and their mixture into corresponding oxygenated compounds.
A modified metal oxide catalyst having more excellent characteristics than those of a corresponding unmodified metal catalyst. Alkene, an unsaturated carboxylic acid, saturated carboxylic acid and an analogue of a higher order than their orders are directly prepared from a corresponding alkane and alkene, or alkane and alkene using one or more modified metal oxide catalyst.
