Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small mirror surface modified antenna that can realize an excellent sector beam characteristic at a low cost and sufficiently suppress cross polarized wave components.
SOLUTION: In the modified mirror surface antenna consisting of modified reflection mirror 11 and a primary radiator 14 placed in opposition to its reflecting face 12, the correction reflection mirror 11 is made of a material that transmits through a radio wave, and the reflection face 12 is entirely formed concaved in a vertical crosssectional shape and convex in a horizontal crosssectional shape and has unevenness within one wavelength and metallic grids 13 are placed on the reflection face 12 not in crossing with each other.
