PURPOSE: To enable both of an analog display and a multi-information display by arranging a liquid crystal panel with a wide display section on the top of a pointer display means, which is fixed through a circuit means laid on a spacer member with the liquid crystal panel.

CONSTITUTION: A recessed section 2a is provided in the direction of long diameter on a ground plate 2 as base frame of a pointer display means 1 and securely engaged with a protruded section 3a provided at the central opening of a reinforcing member 3. A spacer member 4 and a printed substrate 6 having a film-like circuit board 5 packaged thereon are mounted guided by a receiving pin 3b fixed on the member 3. A pointer 9 of the pointer display means 1 is fixed on a seat 10 and a liquid crystal panel 17 is arranged on the top of the display means 1 on the substrate 6 through an elastic conductive rubber 18.
