Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture conditioning agent which is inexpensive and has excellent moisture absorption/discharge performance by utilizing waste discharged in a paper making process. SOLUTION: The moisture conditioning agent consists of a component produced by incinerating paper sludge generated in a paper making process as a principal component. The principal component contains 75-93% ash content and 7-25% carbon of single substance. The following components are contained in ash content at the following rate (weight ratio to the whole ash content). 30-60% SiO2 , 10-30% Al2 O3 , 5-10% CaO, 0.4-1.0% Fe2 O3 , 0.5-3.0% MgO.
