PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency in taking out moldings, lower the cost, and prevent generation of flash.
SOLUTION: A mold assembly comprises a top force 13 arranged movably upward with respect to a bottom tool 12 and a middle mold 17 arranged between them, with which a stretchable molding 18 having an opened outer periphery, a cross section formed into almost C-shape and a pair of annular metallic tools 21 and 22 fixed to the opening end of the outer periphery is molded. In this case, the middle mold 17 is formed of a central mold part 25 which molds the whole of the inner periphery of the molding 18 and is arranged liftably, and upside and downside mold parts 23, 24 which are arranged above and below the central mold part 25 and locked with inner peripheral edges 21a, 22a of the annular metallic tools being separable up and down. After the central mold part 25 is pulled out from the molding 18, the upside and downside mold parts are moved horizontally in the right direction and the locked state of locking pawls 23c, 24c and the inner peripheral edges of the annular metallic tools are automatically released.
