Abstract:

To provide a mold material for a dental high temp. active metal which lowers firing temp. of the mold, compensates casting shrinkage of a casting material and improves the adaptability precision, and a casting method of the high temp. active metal for dentistry.

In the mold material for casting containing aggregate blending auxiliary aggregate into main aggregate composed of alumina and magnesia, binder and additive, the additive is composed of at least one kind selected among group of lithium fluoride, aluminum fluoride, barium fluoride, sodium chloride, calcium chloride, lithium chloride, lithium bromide, boron oxide and calcium borate, and the firing temp. of the molding material is lowered to ≤900$0C. The binder is composed of at least one kind selected among group of ammonium phosphate, aluminum phosphate, aluminum cement, zirconia sol, basic lactate compound, ethyl silicate and colloidal silicate.
