MOLD FOR MOLDING GRINDING TANK IN BARREL GRINDER AND PRODUCTION OF GRINDING TANK USING THE SAME
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3207237
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily produce the grinding tank of a barrel grinder constituted so that the adhesion of an object to be processed to the inner peripheral surface of the grinding tank is prevented by applying unevenness to the inner peripheral surface of the grinding tank.
CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical mold 16 is inserted and arranged in a cylindrical outer frame 28 and a predetermined resin material is injected in the cylindrical molding space 36 formed between the outer frame and the mold to mold the grinding tank of a barrel grinder. At the time of this molding, a plate 22 wherein the upper surface thereof is made uneven and the rear surface is formed as a magnet surface is attached to the outer peripheral surface of the mold 16 by magnetic force so as to be continuous or discontinuous in the peripheral direction thereof.
