Abstract:
PURPOSE: To simplify the setting/demolding work of a mold by setting the mold only by operating clamp mechanisms and advancing a movable side plate by performing the clamping operation of the fourth clamp mechanism to attach the same to a bed.
CONSTITUTION: The fixed side plate 2 erected on one side of a bed 1, the movable side plate 3 erected on the other side of the bed 2 in a before-and-behind movable state, the first end plates pivotally mounted on one left and right ends of the fixed side plate 2, the second end plates 5 pivotally mounted on the other left and right ends of the fixed side plate 2 and the core frame 6 arranged between both side plates 2, 3 in a detachable manner are provided. Further, the first clamp mechanism 7 clamping the end plates and the end part of the core frame 6, a second clamp mechanism 8 clamping the end part of the core frame 6 and the bed 1, a third clamp mechanism 9 clamping the side plate 3 and the end plates and a fourth clamp mechanism 10 advancing the side plate 3 by clamping operation to clamp the same to the bed 1 and releasing the side plate by unclamping operation to allow the same to retreat are provided.
