To enable effective preparation of hoop material by forming a stator by winding a lead wire to a stator core provided with a fitting foot at the external circumference, and forming a stator with a synthetic resin and a motor frame with molding to extend the fitting foot to the outside of motor frame.
A stator core 1 is formed by laminating a cylindrical back yoke 2, a plurality of teeth 3 extended toward shaft center from the internal circumference of the back yoke 2 and a punched plate formed of a plurality of fitting foots 4 extended toward the external side from the external circumference surface of the back yoke 2. Moreover, a motor frame 6 is formed by cup-shape molding, with the synthetic resin, of the stator 8 formed by winding a lead wire 7 to the teeth of stator core 1 and a substrate 9 arranged at one side end surface of the stator 8. In this case, the fitting foot 4 is extended to the outside of motor frame 6. As explained above, effective preparation of hoop material can be realized by forming the square shape of punched plate on which the fitting foot 4 is provided.
