Abstract:
PURPOSE: To simplify a quick change of a pilot pin by a method wherein a cavity block is divided and the pilot pin is stood on said divided block.
CONSTITUTION: The cavity block 15 of the bottom force 12 comprises the block lower 15a and the block upper 15b and the pilot pin 22 is stood under the block upper 15b. When the pilot 22 is to be exchanged, the bolt 21 is removed to take block upper 15b out of the block lower 15a, the pilot pin 22 is removed from the back side of the block upper 15b, a new pilot is stood and the block upper 15b is set again on the block lower 15a with the bolt 21.
