The insert/outsert mold for mounting a resin part comprising a resin material in a mold to form different resins on the periphery of the resin part is equipped with a holding block (fixed mold part) 7 and a fixed mold part 4 and at least a movable mold holding the resin part is formed of a resin having linear expansion coefficient same to that of the resin part 1 and a copper plate 8 having high heat conductivity is embedded therein and, accordingly, no gap is formed between the holding block 7 and the resin part 1 even in a high temperature state at a time of the filling with a resin after the mounting of the resin part to enable highly accurate molding.
