Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make the surface of a molded article of polyphenylene sulfide resin rough and to improve adhesiveness and bond strength, by chemically etching the surface of a molded article.
CONSTITUTION: The surface of a molded article of polyphenylene sulfide resin is treated with a treatment [preferably one consisting of 1W90wt% chlorosulfonic acid and 99W10wt% dichloroethane] comprising chlorosulfonic acid as a main agent. The surface roughness of the molded article preferably becomes 0.2W30μm by the treatment.
