PURPOSE: To classify automatically molded articles and to transfer smoothly said articles to the succeeding stage by moving the formed small pieces dropping into a receiving member then upsetting the same.
CONSTITUTION: The receiving member 13 is driven by an air cylinder to advance and wedge a stationary member into the space between moving dies. A guide 20 wedges into said space while sliding. A stopper and ejector pin push down the molded core into the member 13. The member 13 retreats after the core is classified and dropped into the member 13 and is received by said member. A vertical shaft 24 is then driven by a sprocket and is turned, by which the member 13 is turned and is brought to the position at the top end of a chute 48 where the member stops. A guide shaft 22 rotates and the member 13 falls down so that the core falls into a containing box 49 while gliding along each passage of the chute 48.
