Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the quality and yield of a molded object.
SOLUTION: In the so-called vertical molding apparatus wherein a nozzle 2 is possible to rise and fall, the contact surface 10a with a sprue bush 10 and the nozzle 2, the suction passage 31 sucking air in the vicinity of the contact surface 10a and a suction device 33 to which the suction passage 31 is connected are provided during the rising and falling operation of the nozzle 2. Therefore, the foreign matter penetrating into a mold can be sucked before molding and the mixing of the foreign matter with the molded object can be prevented and the quality and yield of the molded object can be enhanced.
