Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose: a molding apparatus capable of cooling a molded article in a short time, for use in molding a laminated material comprising a non-air-permeable part having no air permeability and an air permeable part having air permeability provided on at least one side of the non-air-permeable part; and a mold used therefor.SOLUTION: An air introduction portion 17 communicating an inside of a molding space 15 formed by an upper mold 4 and a lower mold 5 and an outside of a molding apparatus 1 at molding of a laminate material 23 is provided in a mold 5 having the upper mold 4 and the lower mold 5 and locating a ventilation layer 22 at least on this side. An air exhaust portion 19 is formed in the mold 5 provided with an air introduction portion 17. Air in the molding space 15 is exhausted by a suction exhaust portion through the air exhaust portion 19 to the outside of the molding apparatus 1 so that an outside air flows into the molding space 15 through the air introduction portion 17.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
