PURPOSE: To obtain a molding having a suede like surface excellent in capacity such as scratch resistance or the like, appearance, quality feeling and touch with excellent productivity.

CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic resin film or sheet 4 having a suede like film layer based on a transparent binder and color beads provided to one surface thereof and a thermal adhesive resin layer provided to the other surface thereof is softened under heating in such a state that the thermal adhesive resin layer is opposed to a molding 5 to be laminated and sucked to the surface of the molding 5 to be laminated under vacuum to be integrally bonded thereto under pressure by a pressure mold 10 having elasticity simultaneously with molding. The mean particle size of color beads is set to 5-50μm and the suede like film layer is provided in a coating amt. of 15-50g/m2 (solid) and has characteristic values wherein tensile strength is 80kg/cm2 or more, elongation is 200% or more and 100% tensile stress is 1/2 or less breaking strength. The thermoplastic resin film or sheet has elongation at break of 140% or more.
