Abstract:
PURPOSE: The titled molding material having improved arc resistance, obtained by adding a curing agent, filler, reinforcing agent, lubricant, and colorant to an amino resin prepared by reacting an amino compound with formaldehyde in a specific ratio.
CONSTITUTION: 1mol amino compound such as urea, melamine, guanamine, etc. is blended with 1.0W1.4mol formaldehyde, the blend is adjusted to neutrality alkali with an alkali substance such as sodium hydroxide, etc., reacted, and dehydrated to give a solid amino resin, which is blended with a curing agent, filler, reinforcing agent, lubricant, and colorant, to give the desired molding material.
