Title:
MOLDING METHOD AND COOLING DEVICE FOR SYNTHETIC RESIN-MADE PRESSURE BOTTLE BODY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3200617
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To realize a blow time shorter than that in a prior art to enhance a productivity and to mold a pressure bottle body free from an occurrence of crazing or bottom cracking.
CONSTITUTION: In molding a synthetic resin-made biaxially-oriented blow-molded bottle body 1 having a bottom part of a big-foot petaloid form, the bottle body 1 is blow molded in a blow time of 3 sec or less. Immediately after the bottle body is released, a bottle body bottom part 3 is forcibly cooled until a temperature of a center part 6 of the bottom part 3 is lowered to at least 70 degrees. In this manner, the short cooling of the bottom part 3 is compensated, whereby the irregular deformation of the bottom center part 6 is prevented. Furthermore, the bottom part 3 superior in pressure strength and mechanical strength is molded with the bottom center part having a sufficient height.
