To provide a molding and mounting apparatus of a neck label, which can maintain high mounting accuracy of the neck label even at high-speed operation while accurately manufacturing a cylindrical neck label.

The apparatus includes: a label supply means for supplying a fan-shaped label sheet; a label rotary device having a plurality of mandrels that rotate while revolving around a horizontal rotary shaft, which adsorbs a center part of the label sheet supplied from the label supply means and molds both right and left pieces in an arc shape to manufacture a tapered cylindrical neck label; a reversing device disposed directly under the label rotary device, which reverses the neck label to mount the label to a container.
