Abstract:

PURPOSE: To suppress generation of resin powder from a tablet in a transfer molding resin tablet and a method for manufacturing the same.

CONSTITUTION: After powder of molding resin is pressure-molded to a pressure- molded form 1, a surface layer of the form 1 is heated to be melted, then cooled to be solidified to form a melted layer 2 covering the form 1.
