To provide a mole- and birds-repelling apparatus in order to prevent crops planted in fields and gardens from damage by moles and birds.

The mole- and birds-repelling apparatus emits sound and vibration by providing a cylinder (2) made of a metal to the upper end of a strut (1) and attaching the cylinder (2) to the upper end with a clasp (3) so as to prevent dropping-off, reflecting light by fluctuation of the cylinder (2) made of a metal whenever wind blows and bringing a striking part (4) on the inside of the bottom of the cylinder (2) made of the metal into contact with the strut (1).
