Abstract:
To provide a momentarily and freely movable tool having a large engaging force, hardly providing kink to a fishline, having a simple structure, and capable of being produced at a low cost.
This freely movable tool has a cylindrical body 1a having a through hole 14 for allowing a fishline 4 to penetrate the hole 14, and the cylindrical body 1a has a slit from the surface of the cylindrical body 1a to the inside of the through hole in the longitudinal direction so that at least the lower end part 131 of the cylindrical body 1a may be notched.
