This coin transport device has a confluent transport device of merging and transport the coin from a plurality of game medium dispensers, a first case installed at downstream end part of the confluent transport device, a first carrier belt arranged inside the confluent transport device and the first case and taking in and transporting the coin, a second case connected to the first case via a rotary shaft, a transport part installed on the downstream end part of the second case and transporting the coin and a second carrier belt arranged inside the second case and the transporting part and transporting the coin.
