Abstract:
To provide a flowdown glass abnormality monitor capable of predicting abnormality and decision on abnormality, by collecting image data of flowdown state.
In the flowdown glass abnormality monitor 1 for detecting abnormality of flowdown glass 25 made to flow down from a melting pot, when the glass 25 to be made to flow down from the melting furnace 21 is filled in a canister 22, and a camera 3 for photographing the flowing-down glass and a data processor 2 are provided for processing the image photographed with a camera 3, storing the image-processed data and detecting the fluctuations of the flowdown glass 25, using the stored data.
